Sometimes you just need to take things to another level of slow. This practice is perfect for you if you have been doing a lot, feel tired or stressed or if you simply have the desire to connect more deeply with your body and internal state. With a slow and meditative pace you will be guided into your pelvis, your physical point of rooting down and grounding. You'll create some space for yourself and tune into your body through soft awareness focus and movement so that you can relax and open up more to yourself and the present moment. We close with a meditation and a grounding Shakti mudra.
