This is a wonderful session for those who tend to forget their breathing when they practice. Tashi offers a way to feel the breathing as three dimensional and then encourages you to maintain it for the whole session, deep and slow. We hope you'll feel amazing after this class and ready for anything whether it's activity or sleeping. You can do this one in the morning or at night as it's designed to balance your energy.
