If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and/or experience sleeping problems, this class is for you. The focus is on dropping into your body. Grounding your energy in your body will help you get out of your head. Feeling your body will help you calm down and feel more secure and stable. At the end of class we'll do some breath exercises that settle your energy and focusses your mind. With Supta Baddha Konasana, Vrksasana, Savasana and more. For this class you'll need two blocks and a long bolster or two large, heavy towels.
