In this 30 minute flow we start sitting, bringing the attention inward, becoming mindful of the breath and anchoring the mind in the breath. This class opens your body, with an emphasis on the spine to allow for more fluidity and flexibility in your back. Afterwards you will feel more present, open and revitalised.
