In this prenatal yoga flow you'll work on strengthening your legs to create stability, preparing the body for labour and for carrying your baby. You'll feel strong yet relaxed after this practice.
You'll need a blanket, bolster and block.
If you’ve never done yoga before, please consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner before doing so. Always listen to your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
