Tashi offers her top ten toning exercises for building full body strength. This is a challenging session so take your time and take rest if necessary. If you want to repeat any of these exercises, press pause and restart as you go. Be careful and mindful. This is a good class to do regularly to build strength but don’t 'binge practice' as you may cause injury... Better to go slowly and steadily!
