In this mindful prenatal class we take it slow so we can feel relaxed and nourished. Being more attentive to your body as it presents itself is a good practice in order to learn to be an observer during labour and allow the process to happen.
If you’ve never done yoga before, please consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner before doing so. Always listen to your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
