The second in in a 5-part series of classes for those who would like to spend a bit more time on the basic yoga poses. The focus is on aligning the body and coordinating movement and actions with the breath.
The focus in this class is on balancing classes. Slowly building up from the basic standing poses, this class will lead you to the needed stability to find the balance in your body in the most basic standing postures. With Lunge Pose, Parsvakonasana, Trikonasana, Vrksasana, Prasarita Padottasana and more.
Props: 2 blocks and maybe a blanket to sit on.
