The final class in in a 5-part series for those who would like to spend a bit more time on the basic yoga poses. The focus is on aligning the body and coordinating movement and actions with the breath.
In this class, the focus is to learn to bend forward in an aligned way. This class will lead you through half Sun Salutations to warm up the legs and spine and take you deeper in forward bending from there. With Utkatasana, Parsvottanasana, Prasarita Padottasana, Dandasana.
Props: 2 blocks and maybe a blanket to sit on.
