For this meditation, which can be done at any stage of your pregnancy, light a candle, get your comfy cushions and blanket and anything else to make you feel warm at ease. You can do this meditation after a prenatal class - e.g. Trust in your body's wisdom - or on its own. The focus of this meditation is on letting go, releasing control, returning to the experience of your breath and the feeling of your body. Your connection to your changing body and the trust you put in the process of nature, will help you to calm your nerves and find a deep, peaceful state within yourself.
