This retreat includes twice-daily yoga, shared or private accommodation, plant-based meals, expert massage, option for hiking or sailing and airport transfers from Olbia.
To cater to all levels Tashi leads two morning yoga sessions; a more challenging dynamic practice focussed on strength and balance then a less demanding dynamic session focussed on mobility and coordination. You may opt to do both or choose the session that suits you best. In the evenings we practice Yoga Nidra, breath-work and restorative yoga.
