A therapeutic yoga practice which aims to help maintain a healthy digestive system. It is best practiced first thing in the morning or some time after eating food (2 hours). With a combination of standing and seated twists, you will be stimulating your digestive system, your fire centre with Nauli Kriya and Agni Sara, the breath of fire.
