Give yourself the luxury of time to really explore your practice in this longer class. Starting with the yang, a physical sequence, generating heat and building strength using Warrior postures, Planks and Upward Facing Dog. The practice tempo of the practice changes then to the Yin, holding hip, chest and shoulder opening postures for longer until you melt into the relaxation at the end.
