Enjoy looking at the world from a different perspective with this yoga class based upon inversions. Beginning with some gentle movements to the neck and shoulders you are then guided through some strengthening practices such as dolphin to prepare you for inversions. The practice leads to rabbit posture, legs up the wall and a look at the very beginning stages of shoulder stand.
