A stronger practice of mostly standing poses that uses the Ashtanga Primary Series as a framework and incorporates lots of variations and other challenges. After a few sun salutations, this class takes off with lots of leg work, balancing and twists in standing poses. When we arrive to floor, there are some fun variations for the handful of seated poses to start bringing the energy down , leading to a quiet close.
