Anxiety-busting Qigong for confidence and ease
A beginner-friendly Qigong practice to soothe anxiety and root into the earth so you can feel balanced and centered in challenging situations. During the class we'll revisist some of the foundations covered in the previous class, including Wuji stance, shaking, tapping, and spinal-cord breathing. The focus of this practice will be experiencing Qi and a movement called Holding the Taiji (ball). After the session, the hope is you’ll feel light yet grounded, and at ease.
