The flow classes all take time to tune in and then sequence through the Sun Salutations, progressing on to warrior poses and balancing poses. We have fun with animals and imagination. Each class finishes with a guided relaxation.
The AcroYoga classes build up gradually and are recommended for older children.

There are two classes in this group - once is a comprehensive introduction to yoga and the other is a fun partner yoga class.
There are four AcroYoga workshops for the older children. It is a structured series so it's recommended that you practise them in sequence.
