This program gives you the inspiration and possibility to take care of yourself. Just 30 minutes each class and you will feel better, stronger and more able to do your task. The classes include different options for different levels.
This 6 part program of energizing Vinyasa flows are just 30 minutes each. These strong and dynamic classes will get you moving. Ragunath makes sure the classes are accessable to all levels giving different options in his instructions.
If you can, do a class every day! But in the end it's up to you; if it suits you better do at least 1 class a week.
