Suitable for improvers to intermediate, teacher Nichi Green helps you to build strength and flexibility in the hips, backbending, core and upperback/shoulders. This is a great all around practice. If you are new to Vinyasa yoga this can be a nice introduction.
Nichi introduces different yoga techniques and gives the option of including music in your classes. This dynamic practice encourages you to start experimenting and building your own sequences too!
