In this series of 3 classes, Francesca will help you to gradually build up your core strength. Learn to connect with your core and discover how a strong core can improve your posture and help relieve back pain.
Becoming aware of your core and learning how to activate it in your asana practice will dramatically change your practice and life. Here are some recommended reading to help you along the way.
This is a powerful program and I suggest you repeat each class a few times a week until you feel comfortable, then move on to the next class.
These balanced classes can also be taken individually and are great to incorporate into your regular practice to help reconnect with your core on a regular basis.
