This program is for beginners who has already completed one of our beginners programs on the site. It's also great for those of you who are coming back to yoga after a long break!

Practice in the sequence suggested. Try to practice at least 2 - 3 times a week. Remember that you're exploring new poses and styles so it's important to reamain close to your boundaries. Don't push, and if a class is challenging, repeat it until you feel more comfortable with the poses. Then simply move onto the next class.
