The classes in this program have been handpicked by Esther to help guide you further on your yoga journey. After practicing these classes you should feel better equipped to explore all the level 1 and 1-2 classes on this site.
In this program you will revise some of the basic yoga principles and learn a variety of new poses and flows. Learn how to adapt certain poses and Sun Salutations to suit your level. Build your strength, flexibility and stamina.
Expand your practice
Repeat all of these classes until you feel comfortable with them. That doesn't mean is that you have to be able to perform each pose perfectly. We all have different boundaries and physiques that can affect the outcome of every pose.
