In this beginner series, Esther will gradually acquaint you with meditation. The first four classes will guide you through different meditation techniques to finish with a full basic meditation.
Esther introduces a new technique in every class in this five-part program, ending in a full basic meditation class where she combines all the concepts and techniques learned in the previous classes.
Meditation is an integral part of your yoga practice but also extremely beneficial in its own right.
To enjoy the benefits of meditation aim to practise at least three or four times a week. Try to stick to the same time each day to develop a habit. Early in the morning works well for many people if you can.
This program is available to all EkhartYoga members and is designed for anyone to be able to follow.
