In this 3 week program you can expect a delicious combination of
Fun Fit Flows - Lots of Vinyasa classes that are paced to get your blood pumping and your body energised
Mindful and Mellow - Slow classes with an emphasis on awareness, you can expect a good mix yoga styles
Classes alternate between 'fun and fit' and 'mindful and mellow' over the 3 weeks. The classes will build up gradually in length to help you get into a regular yoga habit. The videos in week 1 are all around 20 mins, week 2 around 30 mins and week 3 around 40 mins. We finish up the program with two longer classes.
This program is suitable for all levels except those completely new to yoga.
Follow the classes in order. Take as long as you need for the programme. We recommend you add in at least one rest day from your physical practice per week.
