Talks, meditations and exercises to help you to deal skilfully with a range of challenging emotions.
We will all face difficult emotions at some stage in our lives and how we deal with them can have a big impact on our mental, emotional and physical health. We may struggle with certain emotions because we don't always know what to do when we or someone we love is suffering. The discomfort we feel may cause us to resist or suppress the emotion in an effort to “make it go away” as quickly as possible. However, this is not a viable option long-term.
In this program we'll be looking at, and working with, 8 different emotions. We’ll explore possible origins and causes and you’ll learn exercises and meditations specifically designed for each emotion, to help you deal with them in a healthy way. These include:
