Prana is our life force, the vital energy that flows through us via tiny channels in our body called Nadis. A smooth and consistent flow of energy is not only important for our physical, psychological and emotional health*, free-flowing prana is also one of the reasons why practicing yoga makes us feel so alive!
Yoga and other practices including Qigong, Tai chi, pranayama, acupuncture all work to support the flow of prana and remove blockages in our system. In this program we invite you to join us for 8, 45-minute, dynamic asana practices intended to:

This program is suitable for those with some prior experience of yoga and is a great follow-up to our 30-day Feel-Good Yoga Challenge. If you're new to yoga, we'd suggest you start with one of our beginners' programs to familiarise yourself with the foundations of yoga.
The suggestion is to practice 4 classes each week, but of course, if time or energy levels don’t allow this, please go at your own pace.
