This two-day seasonal reset retreat is ideal for the end of the year but can also be done at the change of each season or any time of transition where it’s helpful to pause and reflect. Each day contains around 2.5 hours of classes so you can still fit other tasks into your day and the classes are recorded so you can create your own schedule.
This retreat will leave you feeling relaxed and restored. You’ll come away feeling calmer and more at peace as you settle your energy and nervous system - ready for the season and year ahead.
This retreat is open to all EkhartYoga members. Please click the Follow program button to join - or to register for your free 2-week trial if you're not a member yet.
The first day of the retreat is led by Laia and is all about reflecting on your year or season. Together we’ll take time to pause and look back at what has contributed to our peace and wellbeing. We carry this theme through the day’s yoga classes. The day finishes with a closing session where we look forward to how we wish to take even greater care of ourselves in the months ahead.
Esther will be leading the second day of the retreat which explores our relationship with what comes up in life. Through talks, meditation, yoga and journaling Esther shares how the inner work we do helps us to accept and handle our outer world. How by working on being calm and centred we can have a good relationship with life, which is what matters most.
The classes are recorded so you can follow the whole retreat in one weekend, or take your time and spread the classes over a longer period.
Gather props such as blocks (if you have them), blankets and cushions to help you get comfortable in meditation and restorative yoga. You'll need a pen and notebook for the journaling exercises.
