We recommend following the schedule of three yoga classes a week and repeat the breathwork practice every evening. EkhartYoga members have unlimited access to these classes so you can repeat them as often as you like.
The program begins on July 11th with new Mindful Morning classes released on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You also have a relaxing evening breathwork practice, which we recommend repeating every evening before bed.
