Introduction
What to expect
This program is an immersion into the teachings of Hatha yoga. Each full-length class gives you the opportunity to explore the wider aspects of yoga beyond the yoga postures (asanas) into the subtle and spiritual aspects of the practice, with meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy.
The classes are between 45 and 80 minutes long, giving you more time to fully experience the benefits of yoga, resulting in a feeling of both deep relaxation and vibrant energy. You may notice these effects resonate long after each practice.
In a world of external stimulation and distractions, this program enables you to take time to connect to your inner truth and energy (prana). Take comfort in the familiar postures and traditional Hatha yoga teachings.
Who is it for?
This program is designed for EkhartYoga members who have been practising for some time and are looking to deepen their experience of yoga. If you are new to yoga, we recommend starting with Esther Ekhart’s Yoga for Beginners Course before following this program.
Suggested schedule
You can take as long as you wish for this program. Aim for one to three classes per week, depending on your schedule. This program is also ideal for combining with shorter classes through the week. You’ll find some suggestions for shorter classes in the class blocks.
