Practice yoga at lunch time and enjoy the new wave of energy to keep you motivated for the rest of your day. During my experience as an office worker and business yoga teacher, I notice that energy can be lower in the afternoon. We can address this with a gentle yet energising asana practice at lunchtime. We lengthen and twist the spine and lengthen the side ribs so the breath can expand and flow more freely. We finish with some shoulder releases and a short relaxation. Try to practice on an empty stomach and have your lunch after the yoga practice. You can also try Yoga for your work break - before or after a meeting and Yoga for your work break - standing postures and balances.
