This is a Raja yoga meditation where we develop more awareness of the eyebrow centre, sometimes called the third eye. We begin with alternate nostril breathing, Nadi Shodhana, after which we stay with our awareness in the eyebrow centre. Visualising a bright moon there and gazing into that light, we become more aware of the eyebrow centre. From there we slowly widen our awareness through the body. Being present while feeling physical sensations, following the breath from moment to moment.
