You will need a bolster (or 2 bricks - or a brick and a sturdy cushion) and a blanket. The Earth element is explored in this Yin session where the emphasis is on letting the weight of the body drop into the embrace or Mother Earth. The postures are held for 3 minutes to release and we work on the hips and lower back with a lot of forward folds. A true, soothing experience!
