The title of this Throwback Thursday class might sound like an oxymoron for all you runners out there, but give it a try – as one member said, it might make your hamstrings feel like butter!
A class dedicated to promoting (and enjoying!) the experience of a hamstring stretch. We begin down on the mat, exploring movement and sensations in the backs of your legs, progressing to all fours and then standing postures including Warrior 1 to Warrior 3. The practice then moves back down to the mat with half Hanumanasana and the option of exploring further, if you choose.
