Release, lengthen, realign and balance the muscles of your back body. Heaven for upper and lower back pain, tightness between the shoulder blades, hyperlordosis (over arching of the lower back), hyperkyphosis (over arching of the upper back), sciatica and slipped disc. Use as a preparation for forward bends and poses with spinal flexion.
