If you're on your period and feeing a bit rubbish, give this Throwback class with José a try. It's a bit more dynamic than usual menstruation practices and helps to relieve the feeling of heaviness, pain (and grumpiness!) you might be feeling.
This Yang / Yin session is great to do during your period. We start with adapted Sun Salutations to open up the hips, free up the spine and enhance the release of blood flow. Then we'll move onto the Yin part of the class which helps to balance emotions and release deeper tension in the hips, back and legs. The whole sequence will help to relieve cramps, detoxify your body and leave you feeling energised and relaxed. Men are, of course, welcome to do this practice too!
