By repeating standing poses at the beginning of this practice, you will lubricate your hip joints to playfully move towards Padmasana - Lotus pose. Don't worry -there is a good modification for everyone, so try it! But go gently and if you feel pain in your knees when doing this, back off and try the modification offered.
