During the busy days and lives in which we live, and in this changing and sometimes stressful world around us, where is the calm, where is the clarity? This simple practice uses standing postures (like Warrior and Tree pose), and breath (like sama vritti ratio) to promote a feeling of being grounded. Using our bodies and breath we find focus. We can can let go of whatever isn't serving us here and now to relate to and connect with ourselves here and now. Join me and find some calm and grounding from within.
