Inspired by Pearl Jam’s song 'Release', this flowing moving sequence explores spinal waves in a variety of shapes and formats. We start by rolling out our joints to get warmed up and from there, the waves begin. We will explore these from Ashtanga Namaskar, Downward Dog and then through a mini-Vinyasa that includes low lunge, half splits, Pigeon and seated Tree. The last movements are done lying on the back so we're ready for the final wave of stillness.
