Join me for this class that blends Slow Flow and Yin yoga. The first half of the class starts with gentle, flowing movements to warm up your body and calm your mind. Then we'll transition into deep, relaxing Yin and Restorative poses to truly find our calm. By the end of the session, you'll feel deeply relaxed, connected, and at peace, ready to carry this sense of tranquility into the rest of your day.
