In this Pilates and yoga mixed practice, we'll work on the feeling of length in our bodies, opening up our posture and moving our spine in all directions, with a particular focus on twists and our obliques. These movements will support you to feel open and strong, and are particularly good to counteract a more sedentary day. After some core-focused Pilates work, we'll move into a more yoga-esque flow, so we can leave our mats feeling centered, energised, open and relaxed.
