Entice your body to wake up with this delicious slow flow – perfect for easing into the day. Slower-paced than a typical Vinyasa class, this practice will stretch you out, move your spine mindfully and increase mental clarity. If desired, bring light knee padding for floor work, and blocks are always recommended to have next to your mat. We will also use a yoga strap. This class is great for when you don't feel like doing too many Chaturangas!
