In this meditation, we begin by gently stretching the body for a minute or two, creating ease and comfort for sitting. Using the breath to settle, we shift our focus to the space around us. We then engage the imagination by visualising two big eyes of awareness at the back of the head, softly observing everything with kindness and wonder. These eyes, along with the breath or sensations within the body, become an anchor for presence. This practice encourages expansive awareness, inviting a sense of calm and openness.
