In this short and up-tempo flow, we practice fully embodying ourselves and letting go for a moment of energetic, mental or emotional ties to other places, people and things. We start with a brief meditation to draw our energy back inwards, and then move into a flow which includes some balancing poses - making it necessary to keep our focus on our bodies, in the here and now.
