We are familiar with the front of our bodies as we can see them easily but we're less familiar with the back of our bodies. This practice is a journey into the more unfamiliar aspects of ourselves. Starting with simple Cat / Cow and Upward Facing Dog postures, then exploring Cobra and twisting Cobra variations, we then move to a kneeling and Camel posture variation. With our spines fully warmed up the practice moves back down to the mat for Bridge posture, and finally the option of Upward Facing Bow (Wheel) pose.
