Count scapula

A tutorial-style practice isolating four main movements of the scapula (shoulder blade). They draw together, lift up, spread apart and slide down. Through isolating these actions with various degrees of body weight and arm positioning, we'll learn more about the way the shoulders move and work and eventually lead towards integration of movements. 

Props: Two blocks and a bolster.
