The thinking mind is a storyteller. It creates, recalls, fantasises ... but the body doesn't. In this practice, we're going to move out of our head into our body. By shifting our awareness to the sensations in the body, we can experience more clarity in our mind. Of course, thoughts can still appear but without the same intensity.
