Have you had a long sleep and feel like waking up gently? Or do you feel like being lazy today? Then try out this Yin class in your bed – or on a mat if you prefer. This class gently but effectively releases tension in the hips, shoulders, back, and ribcage. It enhances respiratory functions, and promotes a relaxed state of mind, allowing you to start your day feeling connected and content with your own natural flow.
We’ll do pranayama that reduces anxiety and promotes relaxation, and practice Yin yoga poses combined with gentle movements that hydrate the joints, muscles, and fascia of the shoulders, back, and hips. You can choose to end with a guided Savasana or seated meditation. As always, José gives different options for each pose so you can adapt them to your possibilities.
