In this class, we’ll explore crossing our legs in a variety of shapes on and off the ground. Starting with different crossed legged shapes lying on the ground, we'll then move to lunge variations of the same moves. From there, we build up to some crossed legged balancing shapes and maybe even try them upside down! There will always be accessible variations and even though it will be a more challenging class... all are welcome to join!
