In this practice, we take the opportunity to check back in with our bodies, and realign ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally back into our centre. Sometimes, throughout the day, we might unconsciously creep back into movement patterns, postures, or even thought patterns that leave us feeling less than balanced. Here, we bring movement back into the body, work our core and stabilising muscles, and end with some gentle release and meditation, so you can move into the rest of your day and evening feeling centred and connected.
