In this practice, inspired by World Environment Day, we will cultivate an awareness of our own inner environment, and how we might reflect that in the outer world. We practice taking care of ourselves, our bodies, our thoughts and feelings, as a reflection of how we want to care for the world, animals and people around us. Weaving through meditation and gentle Vinyasa flow, we'll treat our bodies with care and respect and set ourselves up for a balanced day ahead.
